1. Request Your Order Desk Account
- You can’t create your own account directly.
- Contact the Warehance team and ask them to create one for you.
- When it’s ready, you’ll get an email with your login credentials.
2. Understand Account Limitations
- Each Order Desk account connects to only one sales platform (like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.).
- If you sell on multiple platforms, contact Warehance support to create an additional account for each.
3. Log in to Order Desk
- Go to orderdesk.com and sign in using the credentials you received.
- The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to set a new password.
4. Log in to Warehance
- In a new browser tab, go to Warehance.com and log into your Warehance account.
- From the left-hand menu, click Stores to see all platforms you can connect.
5. Select the Platform in Order Desk
- In Order Desk, click Manage Integrations in the left menu.
- Choose which platform you want to connect (e.g., eBay).
- If you haven’t already, you’ll be asked to log in to your platform account to authorize the connection.
6. Generate API Credentials
- In Order Desk, click Store Settings in the left menu.
- At the top, click the API tab.
- Click Create API Key.
- You’ll see your Store ID and API Key—keep this page open.
7. Connect the Store in Warehance
- Go back to Warehance and in the Stores section, click Add New Store.
- Fill out the form:
- Client: Select your name or business.
- Store Name: Any reference name (e.g., “eBay Store”).
- API Key: Paste from Order Desk.
- Store ID: Paste from Order Desk.
- Click Connect Store.
8. Confirm Connection
- Your store is now linked.
- Orders from the selected platform will start syncing automatically into Warehance for fulfillment.
9. Adding More Sales Channels
- If you need to connect another sales platform, reach out to Warehance to get another Order Desk account created.
