One product recordfor every warehouse touchpoint

Centralize the identity and operational data your warehouse uses to recognize a product: client, image, SKU, barcode, dimensions, weight, customs details, inventory state, locations, packaging relationships, and workflow-specific notes. Bring records in from connected marketplaces, create them individually, or map a CSV catalog into Warehance.

A Warehance product catalog lists synthetic products with client, SKU, barcode, and inventory quantities while a selected product opens a compact operational summary.
Make the catalog useful on the warehouse floor

Keep the identifiers, stock context, packaging relationships, and operating instructions behind each SKU close to the work.

Reliable identification

Keep the primary SKU and barcode together, then add quantity-aware aliases where needed.

Inventory context

See physical, available, allocated, reserved, incoming, and backordered quantities without flattening their meanings.

Packaging relationships

When Product UOM is enabled, relate cases, packs, pallets, and eaches with explicit conversions.

Catalog control

Filter, export, bulk-update, archive, and print labels while preserving product history.

Start with the product.Keep the work around it.

Open one product to review its core data and the warehouse records connected to it. See the stock positions behind the totals, inspect orders that contain the product, follow shipments and inventory history, review marketplace settings, and keep Product, Packing, and Return notes separate. Optional tabs appear only when the corresponding feature and permissions are available.

An Atlas Bottle product record connects its core details to warehouse locations, order allocation, inventory history, shipments, marketplace context, and notes.

Give every scana path back to the product

Print the product's primary barcode individually or for a selected group of SKUs. When suppliers, cases, or alternate packaging arrive with different codes, add product aliases that point back to the same record, define how many units the alias represents, and optionally label its unit of measure. Warehance documents alias scanning across receiving, picking, and shipping workflows.

A product has a primary barcode plus case and inner-pack aliases with quantities, unit labels, a printable barcode label, and a matched receiving scan.

Model the packaging levelsyour warehouse actually handles

With Product UOM enabled, relate product records as base units and larger packaging levels such as packs, cases, or pallets. Keep each record's SKU and barcode visible, define its unit type and conversion quantity, review the full packaging family, and break supported inventory into a smaller unit at a known location. UOM packaging stays distinct from bundles, whose availability is derived from component products.

A Warehance Unit of Measure family relates each, inner-pack, case, and pallet product records with explicit conversion quantities and a controlled case-to-eaches inventory breakdown.
