Define shipping once.Reuse it across linked methods.

Create reusable carrier and service configurations with delivery-day limits, priority, and client access. Link the checkout methods that should share them, then keep the applied profile visible from the order through rate shopping.

A Warehance Shipping Profiles table shows synthetic Standard Ground, Expedited, and Overnight profiles with configuration status, priority, delivery days, linked methods, and client access.
Turn scattered shipping settings into reusable decisions

Keep the service pool, delivery rules, client scope, and method relationships together in one profile.

Reusable service pool

Choose the carrier connections and services eligible for the profile.

Delivery and priority controls

Filter rates by delivery window and carry profile priority into picking.

Client-aware access

Share a profile with every client or only the selected clients.

Visible method inheritance

See which linked methods use the profile and which keep their own setup.

Build the service level, not every storefront alias

Create a profile such as Standard Ground or Expedited, set its priority and delivery-day limit, and decide which clients can use it. In Carrier Mappings, select only the connections and services that belong in that service level so rate shopping starts from one intentional pool.

A synthetic Standard Ground profile enables UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, sets five Max Delivery Days, priority 20, and access for all clients.

Connect many method namesto one controlled profile

Select related checkout methods across clients and assign them to the same profile in bulk. Turn on Use profile's carrier configuration when they should inherit the shared carrier pool, delivery window, and priority—or keep a method linked for organization while it continues using its own configuration.

Four synthetic client shipping methods are selected and assigned to Standard Ground with Use profile's carrier configuration enabled, then labeled Using profile config.

See which profileis driving the rate

Order details distinguish a profile inherited from the shipping method from an explicit order override, and active shipping keeps the effective profile visible beside rate shopping. Day to day, linked methods use the shared profile; when one order needs an exception, the override takes precedence without changing the method for everyone else.

Synthetic order WH-10482 uses the Standard Ground profile inherited from its shipping method, rate shops eligible services, and offers an order-level profile override.
