Enable capture, choose Optional or Required recording for Tote Shipping and Single Order Shipping, and set how long recordings stay available. On each shipping computer, select the overhead camera, preview the pack surface, and save the local setup. Required mode prevents completion until that camera is ready.
Review the packout,not just the outcome
Open Packout Evidence from the order or shipment to compare attempts, play available video, inspect attached photos and package state, and follow the packing timeline from scans and item confirmations through rate, label, and completion events. Select a synchronized event to jump directly to that moment in the paused recording.
Share the recordon your terms
Keep client visibility and customer sharing off until you need them. Then let 3PL clients view sanitized evidence for their own orders, or create a read-only customer link that expires within your retention window. See whether a link was viewed and revoke active access immediately from the order.
