How to Create a Manual Order

1. Access the Orders Table:

  • Navigate to the "Orders" section of Warehance.
  • Click on the "Create" button on the Orders table to start a new custom manual order.

2. Choose Client (for 3PL Users):

  • If you're a 3PL, you will see the "Client" option where you can select the client for the order.
  • If you're not a 3PL, skip this step and move to adding items.

3. Add Items to the Order:

  • Click on the "Add" button to begin adding products to the order.
  • Select the items you want to include in the order.
  • You can choose multiple items at once.

4. Adjust Quantities:

  • Once the items are added, you can modify the quantity of each product.

5. Manual Store Setup:

  • If you don’t already have a manual store set up, go to the "Stores" section.
  • Create a new manual store by giving it a name (e.g., "My Manual Store").
  • Return to the orders page and refresh it to see the newly created store in the dropdown.

6. Select the Manual Store:

  • Choose your manual store from the dropdown.

7. Choose Shipping Method:

  • Once the store is selected, the available shipping methods will populate.
  • Choose the preferred shipping method (e.g., "Economy").

8. Set Warehouse and Partial Order Settings:

  • The warehouse will be auto-filled, so you can leave it as is.
  • If you want to allow partial order fulfillment, check the option for partial orders.

9. Add Customer Information:

  • Include customer details, such as name, address, and contact information.

10. Adjust Shipping, Discounts, and Taxes (Optional):

  • You can manually adjust the shipping amount, apply any discounts, and add tax details if needed for your records.

11. Save the Order:

  • Once everything is filled out, click "Save Order."
  • The manual order is now created and ready to be processed by the warehouse.
