How to Connect a Shopify Store

Step 1: Navigate to the Stores Section

  • In your Warehance dashboard, look at the left-hand side menu.
  • Scroll down and select Stores.

Step 2: Choose Shopify Platform

  • Under the Stores section, find the Shopify platform.
  • Click on Connect to begin connecting your Shopify store.

Step 3: Locate Your MyShopify URL

  • Open your Shopify admin dashboard in a separate tab.
  • In the URL bar, look for the beginning of your MyShopify URL (e.g., storename.myshopify.com).
  • Copy this URL to use in the next step.

Step 4: Enter Your MyShopify URL in Warehance

  • Return to Warehance, and paste the MyShopify URL in the designated field (make sure it ends with myshopify.com).Press Connect Store.

Step 5: Install the Warehance App on Shopify

  • You will be redirected to Shopify to install the Warehance app.
  • Follow the prompts to grant permissions and allow Warehance to access your store's data.

Step 6: Select a Client in Warehance

  • After installation, return to Warehance.
  • Choose the relevant client from the dropdown list (e.g., Culinary Cutlery).
  • Click Connect Store to complete the connection.

Step 7: Confirm Product Import

  • Go to the Products page in Warehance.
  • Scroll to the end of the list to see the most recently added products imported from your Shopify store.

Step 8: Confirm Order Import

  • Navigate to the Orders page.
  • Review the most recent orders imported from your Shopify store.
  • Click into any order to view the order details and ensure the integration is working.
