Warehance Weekly

March 20th, 2026 | Edition 34

Hello and happy Friday! We’re wrapping up March with a feature that brings more control where it matters most—without adding complexity.

This week’s spotlight introduces Client-Level Permissions, making it easier to manage access across clients while keeping your operations secure and streamlined. We’ve also included a few minor enhancements and a look at what’s coming next.

Feature Spotlight

Client Level Permission

Client-Level Permissions let you define exactly what each client can view and manage within Warehance, giving you full control over access without slowing anyone down.

Head into a client’s settings to set their maximum permission level across the platform. From there, clients can still create and manage roles for their own users—but only within the boundaries you’ve established.

This means your team stays in control of sensitive actions and data, while your clients maintain the flexibility they need to run their day-to-day operations.

Key highlights:

  • Set maximum access levels at the client level
  • Control what each client can view and manage
  • Allow clients to manage their own user roles
  • Keep all permissions within your defined limits

Core takeaway: More control for your team, more flexibility for your clients—without compromising security.
