Carrier Performance Dashboard

This week we’re introducing the Carrier Performance Dashboard, a comprehensive analytics tool that brings clarity to carrier cost, speed, and reliability. With side-by-side comparisons, geographic performance maps, and cost versus speed insights, it helps warehouses quickly identify the best carrier for every route.

On the Overview tab, you can see total shipments, average transit times, first scan performance, and total spend. The Carriers tab lets you compare services across metrics like cost, speed, pickup delay, and delivery time, with a scatter chart that highlights premium, budget, best value, and avoid options. The Geographic tab adds deeper insight with an interactive map, zone-based heat matrices, and drill-down service details.
