Improve Billing Visibility with Approved Charges Across Orders, Shipments, and Returns

Warehouse billing often touches multiple parts of the fulfillment process. Charges can be generated during picking, shipping, parcel handling, or returns, making it difficult to quickly understand the total cost tied to a specific order.
To make this easier, Warehance now provides Approved Charges Visibility across orders, shipments, and return pages, giving operators a centralized view of finalized billing activity tied to each order.
With this update, teams can quickly review approved charges without searching through billing reports or draft invoices.
A Centralized View of Order Charges
A new charges table on the Order Details page displays all approved billing charges associated with that order.
Instead of reviewing multiple billing sources, operators can now see all finalized charges in one place, including charges generated from warehouse workflows such as:
- Picking
- Shipments
- Shipment parcels
- Returns
- Other billable order-related actions
This consolidated view provides better transparency into how warehouse activities translate into billing.
Only Approved Charges Are Displayed
To ensure the data reflects finalized billing activity, the table only displays charges that are part of approved bills.
Draft charges are excluded from the table, helping operators focus on confirmed billing data rather than charges that may still be in progress or under review.
This makes the charges table a reliable reference point when reviewing order-level billing.
Visibility Across Shipments and Returns
Approved charge information is not limited to the order page.
The same charge visibility is now available directly on shipment pages and return pages, allowing operators to see related billing information wherever they are managing the order workflow.
This keeps billing context accessible throughout the fulfillment process.
Instant Total Charge Summary
At the top of the charges table, Warehance displays a total value that sums all approved charges tied to the order.
This gives operators a quick snapshot of the total billing impact associated with that order’s fulfillment activity.
Clearer Billing, Better Operational Insight
By centralizing approved billing charges across orders, shipments, and returns, Warehance helps teams better understand the financial impact of warehouse operations.
Instead of piecing together billing data from multiple places, operators now have a single, clear view of finalized charges tied to each order.
