How to Connect a Shippo Carrier Connection

1. Navigate to Carrier Connections

• In your Warehance dashboard, look at the left-hand side menu.
• Click Shipments.
• Under Shipments, select Carrier Connections.

2. Create a New Carrier Connection

• In the Carrier Connections page, click Create in the top right.
• Select a Shippo carrier you want to connect (Shippo USPS, Shippo UPS, or Shippo DHL Express).
• Click Next to continue.

3. Retrieve Your Shippo API Token

Open a new browser tab and go to goShippo.com.

If you already have an account, click Log In.
If not, click Get Started and create one.

Once logged in:

1. Go to the API Portal.
2. Log in again if prompted.
3. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
4. Scroll down to the API section.

You can generate either:

• Test Token (for testing inside Warehance; labels will not be real), or
• Live Token (required for real label purchases; may require approval from Shippo)

Copy the token you plan to use.

4. Connect the Shippo Carrier in Warehance

• Return to the Warehance tab.
• Enter a Nickname and Paste your Shippo API token into the API Key field
• Click Connect Store.
