How to Connect a Carrier Connection

1. Go to the Carrier Connections Page

  • In your Warehance dashboard, look at the left-hand side menu.
  • Click Shipments.
  • Under Shipments, select Carrier Connections.

2. Create a New Carrier Connection

  • In the Carrier Connections page, click Create in the top right.
  • Select the carrier you want to connect (for example, Shippo USPS).
  • Click Next to continue.

3. Enter the Carrier Credentials

  • Each carrier has slightly different requirements.
  • If you need help retrieving your credentials, refer to the step-by-step video guides available for each carrier, or contact Warehance Support for assistance.
  • After entering the information, click Save to complete the connection.

4. Enable a Carrier for Returns (Optional)

  • If you want to generate return labels inside Warehance, you’ll need at least one carrier enabled for returns.
  • To enable a carrier connection for returns:
    • Go to the Carrier Connections table.
    • Find the carrier you want to use for returns.
    • Toggle the Returns Enabled switch.
