Video Tutorial
1. Go to the Carrier Connections Page
- In your Warehance dashboard, look at the left-hand side menu.
- Click Shipments.
- Under Shipments, select Carrier Connections.
2. Create a New Carrier Connection
- In the Carrier Connections page, click Create in the top right.
- Select the carrier you want to connect (for example, Shippo USPS).
- Click Next to continue.
3. Enter the Carrier Credentials
- Each carrier has slightly different requirements.
- If you need help retrieving your credentials, refer to the step-by-step video guides available for each carrier, or contact Warehance Support for assistance.
- After entering the information, click Save to complete the connection.
4. Enable a Carrier for Returns (Optional)
- If you want to generate return labels inside Warehance, you’ll need at least one carrier enabled for returns.
- To enable a carrier connection for returns:
- Go to the Carrier Connections table.
- Find the carrier you want to use for returns.
- Toggle the Returns Enabled switch.
