If a tracking update didn’t successfully go through to your marketplace, you can manually retry sending it. Warehance also automatically retries every few hours, but this guide shows how to do it immediately.
1. Log in to Warehance
- Access your Warehance dashboard using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Shipments
- Click the Shipments section in the dashboard menu.
3. Check Notification Status
- Locate the shipment you want to update.
- Look at the Marketplace Notified column:
- True = tracking was sent successfully
- False = tracking hasn’t been sent
4. Option 1: Retry from the Shipments List
- Check the box next to the shipment.
- Click Retry Tracking.
- Warehance will attempt to send the update immediately.
5. Option 2: Retry from the Order Page
- Click the Order ID for the shipment.
- Scroll to Shipping Details.
- Click Retry Tracking next to the order number.
6. Confirmation
- The system will attempt to resend the tracking update immediately.
- You can check the Marketplace Notified column again to confirm it was sent.
