1. Go to Products
From the left-hand menu, click Products and select the product you'd like to update.
2. Ensure Inventory is Zero
Lot tracking can only be enabled if the product has no inventory. Remove any existing stock before proceeding.
3. Edit Product Details
Click Edit Product Details on the right side of the screen.
4. Enable Lot Tracking
Scroll to the Inventory section, toggle Requires Lot to ON, then click Save.
5. Enable Lot Tracking
Navigate to the Lot section, click Create, enter a Lot Name and Expiration Date, then click Create Lot.
