How to Ship an Order from the Order Page

Shipping from the order page is the fastest way to process a single order once it is eligible for fulfillment. This guide covers how to confirm an order is ready, then ship it either directly from More Actions or from Single Order Shipping.

Step 1: Open the Order Details Page

  • Go to Orders.
  • Search for and open the order you want to ship.

Step 2: Confirm the Order Is Ready to Ship

In the order details panel, check the Ready to Ship field.

  • If it shows Yes, continue to the shipping steps below.
  • If it shows No, click (?) next to the field to view the reasons and resolve them first.
If the order is not ready, the shipping option may not appear yet.

Step 3: Ship from the Order Page (More Actions)

  • Click More Actions in the order header.
  • Select Ship Order.
  • Complete the remaining shipping flow (package details, rate/label selection, and label creation).

Alternative Method: Ship via Single Order Shipping

If you prefer, you can ship the same order from the dedicated single-order workflow.

Step 1: Open Single Order Shipping

  • From the left navigation, open Single Order Shipping.
  • Stay on the Ready To Ship tab to find new orders ready for label creation.

Step 2: Find and Open the Order

  • Locate your order in the table.
  • Open it to begin the single-order shipping flow.

Step 3: Complete Shipping

  • Verify package details (weight, dimensions, packaging).
  • Review available rates/services.
  • Purchase/create the label and confirm the shipment.

Troubleshooting

  • Ship Order is missing in More Actions: Confirm Ready to Ship = Yes and verify your user has shipping permissions.
  • Order appears under In Progress: Open it from the In Progress tab in Single Order Shipping to resume.
