How to Exclude a Clients Orders From Picking

1. Navigate to Automation Settings

On the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Automation.

2. Create a New Automation Rule

Click on Create Automation in the top right corner.

3. Name Your Automation

Give your automation a descriptive name, such as:
“Exclude [Client Name] from Picking”

4. Set the Trigger

Under the Trigger section, choose Order Created.

5. Add a Condition for the Client

Click Add Condition

  • Choose Order Client
  • Set it to the specific client you want to exclude
Want to exclude more than one client?
Click Add OR and repeat this step for each additional client.

6. Add the Action

Scroll down to the Actions section.

  • Select Exclude Order from Picking
  • Set it to Yes

7. Save the Automation

Click Create Automation to save your rule.
