Step 1: Access Picking Sessions
- From the left-hand side menu in your Warehance dashboard, scroll down and select on Start Picking.
- Select Picking Sessions to view all active picking sessions in your system.
Step 2: Select the Pick Session to Reassign
- Look through the list of available pick sessions.
- Click on the ID of the pick session you’d like to reassign. This will open the details of that specific session.
Step 3: Click on the Reassign Button
- On the right-hand side of the page, look for the Actions section.
- If the pick session is incomplete or unfinished, you will see the Reassign button.
- Click the Reassign button to proceed.
Step 4: Choose a New Team Member
- A list of available team members will appear. Select the team member to whom you’d like to reassign the pick session.
Step 5: Submit the Reassignment
- After selecting the new team member, click the Submit button to finalize the reassignment.
Now, the pick session is successfully reassigned to the selected team member, and they will be responsible for completing it.
