How to Edit an Inbound Shipment

1. Go to the Inbound Shipments Section

  • In the left-hand menu, click Inbound Shipments to see your list of shipments.

2. Select the Shipment You Want to Edit

  • Find the shipment you need to update.
  • Click on it to open the shipment details page.

3. Review Shipment Information

  • You’ll see details like backorders, available stock, and other shipment data.
  • If you want to track updates or add important notes, you can create a history entry here.

4. Start Editing

  • In the top-right corner under the shipment information section, look for the edit icon.
  • Click the edit icon to open the edit view.

5. Update Shipment Details

  • You can edit fields such as:
    • Customer Name
    • Assigned Warehouse
    • Reference
    • Ship Date
    • Expected Date
    • Closed Date
  • Important: Do not click or edit the Vendor field, as it isn’t used and can create confusion.

6. Add Tracking Information

  • If needed, enter the tracking number and tracking URL so the warehouse can see when stock is arriving.

7. Save Your Changes

  • After making all your updates, click Submit to save the changes.

Your edits are now applied, and the shipment information is updated.
