Activate/Deactivate Carrier Connections

Step 1:

To activate or deactivate a carrier connection, head to the navigation menu located on the left-hand side of the page. Select “Shipments”.

Under the shipments selection, a drop-down menu will appear. From the drop-down menu, select "Carrier Connections".

Step 2:

A table will appear listing all of the carriers. On the right side of the table is a column labeled "Active". In order to deactivate a carrier connection, click on the toggle for that carrier. The toggle should become unhighlighted and slide to the left.

Step 3:

To reactivate a carrier connection, click on the toggle. The carrier connection has been reactivated once the toggle slides to the right and appears highlighted.
