Video Tutorial
1. Go to Automation Settings
From the left-hand menu bar, click on “Automation.”
This is where you manage rules that control how orders are processed.
2. Create a New Automation Rule
Click “Create Automation.”
Give the rule a clear name—e.g., “Disable Suggested Box.”
3. Set the Trigger
Under the trigger section, select “Order Created.”
This ensures the rule applies to new orders as they enter the system.
4. Define Criteria (Optional)
If you only want this rule to apply to specific clients or order types, add those criteria here.
If the rule should apply to all orders, leave this section blank.
5. Configure the Action
Under the action settings, choose:
Action: Set Enable Suggested Box at Packing
Value: No
This tells the system not to suggest a box during packing for any orders that match your criteria.
6. Understand the Limitation
This rule will only apply to new orders created after the rule is active.
It will not affect existing orders created before this rule was enabled.
7. Save and Activate
Click “Create Automation” to save and activate your rule.
