Warehance Weekly

February 20th, 2026 | Edition 30

Hello and happy Friday! This week we’re rolling out an updated Help Bar to make in-app support faster and more seamless, plus introducing OnTrac as a new carrier option in Warehance. You’ll also find several performance improvements and a preview of what’s coming next.

Feature Spotlight

Updated Help Bar

Getting help inside Warehance should be quick and seamless. The updated Help Bar brings support directly into your workflow, so your team can search articles, create tickets, and access documentation without leaving the page they’re on.

Click the ? icon in the top navigation and a lightweight panel slides in from the right. Find answers, submit requests, and browse resources—all without opening a new tab.

Key Benefits

In-app article search: Search the entire knowledge base instantly. Results appear as you type, organized by category so you can quickly find exactly what you need.

Create and track tickets: Submit new support requests or check the status of existing tickets without navigating away from your current screen.

Quick access to key resources: Jump directly to the Support Center or API Documentation from one central panel.

Suggested articles on open: Commonly used guides—like creating manual orders or connecting a store—surface automatically to speed up onboarding and troubleshooting.

No context switching: The help bar overlays your current view and closes instantly with Escape, keeping your workflow uninterrupted.

Core takeaway: Get answers, create tickets, and access documentation—without ever leaving your workflow.

Integration Spotlight

OnTrac

OnTrac is now available as a carrier option in Warehance, giving operators more flexibility in how they route and deliver parcel shipments.

Through the integration, teams can generate labels, manage shipments, and incorporate OnTrac directly into existing fulfillment workflows—alongside other connected carriers.

With seven-day pickup, transit, and delivery, OnTrac helps reduce transit times and expand delivery windows without adding operational complexity.

Shipping methods are automatically created as they are received from sales channels, making it easy to map those methods to OnTrac services and ensure the right carrier is applied during fulfillment.

You can learn more about OnTrac and how to enable it on our Integrations page or in the detailed blog post.
